For Jack Brinsmead
Section titled “For Jack Brinsmead”Jack, you were one of the first people who backed Sav when LOVR was still a one-person studio operating out of a Gold Coast bedroom. You signed paperwork on Arlo before there was a website to send you. You sat through three name changes and a brand reset. You introduced Veridian without being asked, and you opened the door on Eagle Farm, Richlands and the rest of the SmartStores set as part of the same conversation.
That is what a Foundation client is.
This document is what we built for you on the back of that.
What is new at LOVR
Section titled “What is new at LOVR”The studio Sav started in 2024 was a single-operator design and brand practice. Beautiful work, signature voice, hand-built every time, capped at the hours in her week.
The studio you are reading from in 2026 is structurally different. Sav still leads creative and still signs every line of voice. Underneath her sit three layers that did not exist a year ago.
A strategy layer that reads markets before it writes briefs.
An intelligence layer that pulls primary-source research at the depth most agencies reserve for retainer reviews and does it continuously, not quarterly.
An infrastructure layer that turns research into tactical outputs (hooks, captions, ad concepts, video frames, brochure systems, IM platforms, live 3D renders) in volumes a 250-person agency cannot match without a 30-person team.
That layer is what Nathan brings, and what this document is built to show you.
Nathan introducing himself
Section titled “Nathan introducing himself”Hey Jack. Nathan here, Sav’s brother.
I run the operations and intelligence side of LOVR now. My role is not creative direction, that is Sav’s seat and it stays Sav’s seat. My role is to make sure every brief that lands on her desk lands with the strategic read, the market data, the competitor library, the tactical scaffolding and the build infrastructure already done. So she can write, design and ship, instead of researching.
The honest version: the new LOVR is what happens when a designer who can write voice better than anyone in this market pairs with an operator who can move data and infrastructure at the speed her work deserves. Two operators, one studio, full estate coverage on Foundation clients.
You are one of three Foundation clients on the new LOVR roster. This document is the first one of its kind we have built.
What this document is
Section titled “What this document is”It is an intelligence flex.
Not a pricing proposal. Not a sales deck. We are not asking for anything in these pages.
We did the homework on your full estate. Every property, every entity, every legacy artefact your two families have built across fifty years of Queensland operating. Every competitor in every category you compete in. Every ad your market is currently running. Every precinct comparable, near and far. Every gap in our own picture we want you to fill.
Then we wrote what we would do across the estate if you let us run it. Not as a brief, as a position. Generous statements. We are doing X, we are delivering Y, here is what new LOVR looks like in motion.
Read it the way you would read a research brief on yourself. The depth is the close. If something is wrong, tell us. If something is missing, tell us. If something lines up with how you already see it, that is the conversation we want to have next.
What this document is not
Section titled “What this document is not”It is not a list of options for you to choose from.
It is not a request for budget or a path-forward CTA.
It is not Arlo-only. Arlo is one of nine projects across the estate. Every section that follows treats the whole field.
It is not luxury hotel marketing or residential apartment positioning. The aesthetic, the structure, the depth, the references all sit in the data-report register. Bloomberg shape. Pitchbook shape. The work itself is the proof point.
How we wrote it
Section titled “How we wrote it”Section 02 maps the estate as we see it.
Section 03 maps the market across the estate.
Section 04 catalogues the ad inventory your market is running, in full.
Section 05 walks the methodology that produced the rest. The intelligence pipeline, the tactical scaffolds, two or three worked examples.
Section 06 is what we are doing across the nine projects.
Section 07 is the infrastructure layer underneath.
Section 08 is what we do not know yet.
Section 09 is a sample week of the intelligence feed we run on our Foundation clients.
Section 10 is what we would tell you not to spend on first.
Ten sections. No CTAs in any of them. The conversation comes after, on your terms.
Onward.
